Deposit Policy
Required Deposit: First night's stay is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. The deposit amount for packages is 20% of the package price with balance payable as per the payment policy below.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are not confirmed until proper payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (via e-mail) and acknowledged as received by the resort. For reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded less a 30 $ US administrative fee.
For reservations cancelled between 14 and 29 days prior to arrival date,  75% of payment, not including the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
For reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date, all payments are non-refundable.
Reservation Changes
The unused portion of hotel and/or any part of the package plans and trips not taken by customer's choice are non-transferable and not refundable. Trips cancelled as a result of inclement weather and/or acts of God are non-transferable and not refundable. Scubaplus is not responsible for missed or delayed flights!

Check-in time is 3 PM
Check-out time is Noon

Holiday Surcharges
There is a surcharge during Easter and Christmas and Chinese New Year holiday travel periods.
